Director Enterprise Sales

You will own and close TransportOne's first $1M–$3M in US ARR, build the enterprise sales playbook from scratch, and hire the team behind you. This is a field-selling role with a named place in TransportOne's origin story, and equity in that outcome.

What you'll do

Own and close the first $1M–$3M in US ARR independently
Build the enterprise sales playbook: outreach cadence, demo script, objection handling, commercial terms
Develop and manage a partner channel (SIs, SAP ecosystem, FAP vendors) as a parallel pipeline
Hire and mentor the AE team behind you as the business scales
Have a named role in TransportOne's origin story and carry equity in that outcome

You will be a right fit if

7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales, consistently at or above 100% of quota
Proven experience selling to VP Supply Chain, VP Logistics and/or CFO at manufacturers or industrial companies
At least one 0→1 experience: built a territory, a vertical or a market from scratch
Closed multi-year enterprise deals ($150K–$500K+ ACV) with 3–6 month sales cycles
Comfortable with extensive travel (40–60% of the time); this is a field-selling role
US-based and eligible to work without sponsorship
Domain knowledge in freight, supply chain, logistics or manufacturing operations
Fluent in consultative selling: business case, ROI model, multi-stakeholder consensus building
